We provide experienced RN support tailored to changing health needs. Our nurses offer 1:1 clinical care, medication oversight and care coordination helping clients maintain independence while giving families peace of mind.
Patients returning home after surgery or hospitalization
Our experienced team brings skilled RN support during the critical transition home. We help monitor recovery, reinforce discharge instructions, coordinate follow-up care and identify concerns early, giving patients and families added confidence during a vulnerable time.
Individuals facing a new cancer diagnosis or complex medical condition
AAC provides experienced RN guidance when care feels overwhelming. Our nurses offer clinical support, care coordination, medication review, and accompaniment to important medical appointments, helping patients and families better understand the plan of care and feel supported every step of the way
Meet the Founder
Alison Casey, BSW, BSN, RN, OCN, brings more than 24 years of oncology nursing experience and 13 years of private duty and home care experience to AAC Homecare Services. As an Oncology Certified Nurse since 2008, Alison combines advanced clinical expertise with a deeply personal commitment to helping patients and families feel safe, supported, and cared for at home. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rutgers University—an educational foundation that reflects her belief in caring for the whole person, not just the diagnosis.
Alison founded AAC after years of witnessing what patients and families truly need beyond traditional homecare: skilled, dependable nursing support for those choosing to age in place at home or in assisted living; compassionate guidance for individuals facing cancer or other complex medical conditions; and meaningful support for families navigating hospice, respite, and the demands of caregiving. Her vision is to provide care that is clinically excellent, personal, and grounded in trust—so families never feel alone. Every AAC nurse is personally hand-selected by Alison, many after years of working alongside her in a variety of care settings. This careful selection process ensures that each family receives support from experienced, compassionate RNs who share AAC’s values and commitment to exceptional care.
